Mike has been involved in intelligent automation since 2016 when he was initially asked to advise Royal Mail’s RPA CoE on their approach to process simplification and more recently when he took over leadership of the team.
He has over 20 years of experience in operational excellence and business transformation, working across a range of roles in SAP implementations, organizational redesign and restructures and operational excellence programmes.
Mike's passion lies in continually expanding the added value that organizations can gain from intelligent automation and empowering individuals and teams to embrace business-led development.
