As Project Manager for Process Excellence at Lufthansa, Matthias is responsible for the development of process management methods and IT tools. He steers their internal process management communities of process experts. He furthermore develops, organizes and hosts community events within Lufthansa group. Matthias provides support to Lufthansa business units, ensuring implementation of process management methodologies and tools. With a focus on cross-functional and cross-company process harmonization, Matthias plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization.
