With expertise in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), DMAIC, BPM, Process Mining, and Change Management, Ivan drives cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful improvements. He leads the BPM Program and the BPM Center of Excellence, ensuring integrated systems and governance frameworks support organizational goals.
