With over 15 years of experience at Bayer, his expertise spans SAP process landscapes, interface development, and end-to-end process optimization. Henning combines a strong technical background with a deep understanding of business process management, gained through roles in IT, global project management, and in-house consulting. He holds a degree in Information Management from the University of Koblenz and has studied internationally in New Zealand, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Ireland.
