With over 15 years of international experience spanning the energy, finance, and insurance sectors, he brings deep expertise in Lean transformation, strategy, and operational analytics. Prior to joining Uniper, D'Andre held global leadership roles at MetLife and Citi, focusing on sustainability, reporting, and technology operations. He holds a Master’s in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
