Antje Ritz is the Global Demand Planning BPO at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Zürich, Switzerland. She is a passionate Supply Chain Expert with 18 years of experience in FMCG (P&G and Mars) and Pharmaceutical industry. Throughout her career she focused on demand planning, integrated business planning as well as inventory optimization and portfolio simplification. She worked in several local, regional and global roles and is motivated by her mission to continuously improve the ways of working from an end to end perspective.
