Currently serving as the Senior Process Excellence Manager at SHL Medical in Stockholm, Sweden, she oversees the global business process management initiatives. With a background in project management and a focus on driving efficiency and performance, Andreea is a Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) and holds an Executive Master's in International Business. She is also proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies as a Black Belt.
