Within the BPM framework, we are currently working on the procurement journey for getting approval for a new BPMS (Business Process Management System), focusing on the stages of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Business Case. Showcasing the step-by-step process, from the initial information gathering phase to the formal proposal request, including use cases for internal customers, business case and budgeting considerations and internal lead alignment, best practices will be shared to illustrate how to effectively manage and streamline these critical stages, ensuring a successful outcome aligned with the organization and user requirements.
